This humble cheese grater hails from the kitchen of the Royston / Wardieburn Community Centre, not the one that there’s today but the previous one that first opened its doors in 1965!  From their first gala day in 1966 this essential kitchen utensil helped produce hundreds of cheesy-pieces for many a party and committee meeting.
