The Parsons Peebles Boxing Trophy from 1970 is donated by Sean Heron owner and coach at The Edinburgh Boxing Academy in Granton. Sean himself is a former Scottish boxing champion who ranked 4th in Britain who remains passionate about boxing and fitness.  Through TEBA Sean dedicates his time to training and applying the skills and techniques of boxing training to help local young people build their fitness, confidence and life skills. Sean also invited local world champion Ken Buchan to donate an item and Ken’s signed boxing gloves are displayed alongside this Trophy.
